Our story
Why we started Pinnacle.
Too many good programs stall in the same places. The strategy is approved but never costed. The funding arrives but the delivery plan does not. The project is finished, but no one can show what it achieved.
Pinnacle Strategy Group was founded to work across those gaps. We bring strategy, funding, delivery and measurement under one roof, so the people who shape a plan are the same people who help carry it out.
We are a woman-owned firm based in Chester County, Pennsylvania, serving public agencies, nonprofits and companies across the region and nationwide. Our work spans sustainability and ESG, renewable energy and climate resilience, grant funding and proposals, program and project management, data and AI governance, and community programs and training.
The name says what we do. A pinnacle is the highest point of a climb, and every climb has a route. We help you choose it, fund it and reach the top.

Pinnacle is principal-led. The senior consultant who scopes your project is the one who leads it, with more than ten years of experience across sustainability strategy, renewable energy, climate resilience and ESG analysis.
That experience spans the full life of a project: sizing solar and battery storage, planning backup power, modeling lifecycle costs and carbon savings, coordinating contractors and utilities, and reporting results to the institutions that funded them. It also includes years of hands-on community and caregiving work, which shapes how we design programs for the people they serve.
