Pinnacle Strategy Group is based in the Coatesville area of Chester County, Pennsylvania. We work on site with clients in West Chester, Exton, Downingtown, Coatesville, Malvern, Phoenixville, Kennett Square and the surrounding townships, and remotely when that suits the work better.

We do not keep separate offices in each town. We come to you, and every engagement is led by our Principal Consultant from start to finish.

Built around how Chester County works

Chester County takes sustainability seriously. The County Commissioners adopted a Climate Action Plan in 2021, and the Chester County Planning Commission supports municipalities that want to plan and act on energy, climate and resilience.

Funding is often the deciding factor. Municipalities can apply to the county’s Vision Partnership Program for planning grants, and small businesses can apply to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s Small Business Advantage Grant for energy-efficiency and pollution-prevention projects. Program rules and deadlines change, so we confirm current guidance with the funder before every application.
