Do you work as a prime contractor or a subcontractor?
Both. We lead bids where the scope fits our services, and we join teams as a subcontractor where we strengthen a prime's proposal. For larger scopes we assemble engineering and specialist partners.
Are you registered for government contracting?
Yes. Pinnacle Strategy Group LLC is registered in SAM.gov, on the Pennsylvania Supplier Portal as a Commonwealth vendor, and with the City of Philadelphia through PHLContracts. We are a woman-owned small business.
Do you work with small organizations?
Yes. Many of our services can be scoped as short, focused engagements that suit smaller budgets, such as a grant readiness review or a feasibility scoping session.
Where do you work?
We are based in Chester County, Pennsylvania, and serve the Philadelphia region in person. We work with clients across the United States remotely and travel when a project needs it.
How does an engagement start?
With a short call to understand your goal, timeline and constraints. If we are a good fit, we follow up with a written scope, timeline and fee proposal. If we are not, we will tell you and, where we can, point you to someone who is.
